Terms and conditions of exchange and return
Exchange or return is possible in the following cases:
- Significant malfunctions that affect the performance of the part.
- The condition of the product does not match the description or photo in the advertisement.
- The wrong product was sent.
- Individual exchange/return conditions were previously agreed with the manager.
Warranty period
- Used and new parts come with a 5-day warranty for inspection and installation.
- The warranty begins on the day the goods arrive at the Nova Poshta branch or at the time of self-delivery.
- The warranty does not cover the paintwork of used parts.
Goods that are not returnable
Returns or warranty replacements are not available for goods:
- that have been damaged after receipt by the buyer;
- engines, automatic transmissions, sidewalls (returns are not possible due to customs restrictions);
- electronic components whose numbers do not match the number of the ordered part;
- fuel pumps, gearboxes, injectors, and electrical equipment — we recommend checking with the manager about the warranty before purchasing.
Photos and condition of goods
All used spare parts may have natural signs of wear: scuffs, scratches, dirt, or minor corrosion. The condition of the goods is recorded in the photos, but if necessary, you can always check additional details with the manager.
Refunds
In case of a return, we will only refund the cost of the product. Delivery to both parties is paid by the buyer.
